Operation Shear Joy is a collaboration between a young boy and his family to help feed good food to hungry people. Their current goal is to send a sheep overseas through Heifer International. Young Stephen Joseph has named his sheep Charlie. Operation Shear Joy has also embarked on an effort to send "Bobby the Cow" overseas.
